Pre-orders: Applies to seasonal products not yet in stock at the time of order — including Dai Tam purple star apples (November to February), Tan Trieu pomelos (August to October), and My An nhum fish sauce (seasonal harvest). Customers pay 50% when placing the order, and the remaining 50% when the goods are ready for delivery.

Gift Boxes and Signature Collections from 500,000 VND and above: A 50% deposit is required for Vietmorsel to prepare packaging and custom wrapping. The remaining amount is due one day before the delivery date.

B2B Orders from 2,000,000 VND and above: 50% after confirming design and quantity - remaining 50% before delivery.

How to proceed: On the payment page, customers select the method "Transfer 50% deposit - Collect 50% upon delivery." The system will display Vietmorsel's bank account number with a VietQR code. The transfer description must include: [Order Code] + [Full Name]. The operations department will verify and confirm the order within 2 business hours.
