1. Quality Assurance Commitment

Vietmorsel operates in compliance with Vietnam's food safety regulations, including Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP on Food Safety and Decree No. 43/2017/ND-CP on Goods Labeling. All products distributed through the Vietmorsel platform must fully satisfy applicable legal requirements regarding product labeling, shelf life, and food hygiene and safety standards under current Vietnamese law.

Every supplier partnering with Vietmorsel is required to sign a standardized Food Safety Commitment Agreement prior to onboarding. This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable.

To ensure consistent product quality over time, Vietmorsel periodically submits representative product samples to accredited testing laboratories for food safety analysis and verification against relevant safety standards.

2. Product Traceability System

Each product available on Vietmorsel is assigned a QR-coded "Origin Passport." By simply scanning the QR code with a smartphone camera, customers can access a 60–90 second video filmed directly at the production site, introducing the producer, providing the exact production location, and showcasing the actual manufacturing process.

This traceability system reflects Vietmorsel's commitment to transparency and is maintained and updated on a regular basis. All content is authentic, without staging or misleading alterations.

If the information provided through the QR-coded Origin Passport does not accurately correspond to the product received, customers are entitled to request a full 100% refund in accordance with Vietmorsel's Return and Refund Policy.
