Refund policy
Vietmorsel commits to a "Real or 100% Money Back" policy — applicable in cases where products do not match their description, incorrect items are delivered, items are damaged during shipping, or there are technical transaction errors.
Processing time: Vietmorsel will confirm refund requests within 24 business hours of receiving a valid complaint. The refund will be returned to the original payment method according to the following timeframes:

E-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPAY): 1–3 business days
International credit cards (Stripe, PayPal): 3–5 business days
Bank transfer / Deposit: 1–3 business days (manual transfer)
Subscription canceled mid-cycle: 3–5 business days (calculated pro-rata based on remaining days)
How to request a refund: Customers can message via Zalo OA or send an email to Vietmorsel with a photo of the product or a description of the issue. Our staff will confirm within 2 business hours and process the refund immediately after approval - no lengthy explanations required.
