1. User Rights and Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing orders. Vietmorsel shall not be liable for any delays, delivery failures, losses, or other issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by customers.

2. Limitation of Liability

Vietmorsel strives to maintain continuous, secure, and reliable operation of its website. However, Vietmorsel does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or free from downtime resulting from technical issues, system maintenance, network disruptions, or events beyond its reasonable control.

In the event that a website interruption affects an order currently being processed, Vietmorsel will make reasonable efforts to contact the affected customer promptly via email, Zalo, or other available communication channels in order to provide updates and facilitate an appropriate resolution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vietmorsel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website.

3. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to transactions conducted through the Vietmorsel website shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

If the parties are unable to reach a mutually acceptable resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent authorities or courts in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
