Customers complete their orders in 5 steps as follows:

Step 1: Add to Cart: Select products and quantity, click "Add to Cart", then click "Checkout" to proceed.

Step 2: Fill in Shipping Information: Enter full name, phone number, detailed address, and notes if any. The system automatically calculates shipping fees based on the address — free for orders from VND 500,000.

Step 3: Select Payment Method: Choose one of the suitable methods. The system displays an order summary and the total amount to be paid before confirmation.

Step 4: Confirm Payment: For e-wallets: scan QR code or enter OTP. For bank transfers: transfer according to the displayed information and send a confirmation image via Zalo if needed. For COD: confirm the order and wait for delivery.

Step 5: Receive Confirmation: An order confirmation email and shipping code information will be automatically sent within 5 minutes after successful payment. The order will be processed for packaging and shipped on the same business day.
